The skills required are:

• Good knowledge in sociology, especially youth and statistics.
• Functional knowledge of the five languages used by the OIG (Italian, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese).
• Knowing how to speak Italian and at least one other language.
• Use of IT tools and all commonly used programs, in particular Windows Office and Internet reading and writing programs, and of the main social media.
• Functional use of SPSS or similar statistical programs.
